Caballito Cerrero Azul Blanco is one of the standout expressions from Caballito Cerrero, an independent, family-owned distillery based in Amatitán, Jalisco — the same town where tequila was born. The distillery, Santa Rita Fabrica de Tequila, has been operated by the Jiménez family since the early 1900s, and they are known for refusing to use the official "Tequila" denomination, despite producing agave spirits in the same way and region.
This is a special version of their Azul (Blue Weber agave) blanco, bottled at 55% ABV.
It’s a small‐batch, high‐proof & ultra‐limited release.
