- Limited edition blend of 3 Tequilas made in 3 different fermentation vessels: cement, wood, and stainless steel
- The brix level of the mosto was kept at 11 brix, hence the name, and all three Tequilas were distilled to 53% before being combined. The blend was stabilized for 5 months without and water dilution.

Aroma: vegetal and mineral forward on the nose, some hints of bright citrus and alcohol and raw agave
