Rooted in the highlands of El Arenal, Jalisco, Cascahuin Blanco is a stone oven-roasted tequila that delivers an earthy, savory depth rarely found in unaged expressions. Master Distiller Salvador "Chava" Rosales crafts this 100% agave, additive free spirit at NOM 1123 with an old-world honesty that speaks for itself.
Produced at the historic Cascahuin distillery in El Arenal, Jalisco, this blanco relies on traditional tahona and stone oven roasting to coax maximum character from the blue agave. The result is a punchy, terroir-driven tequila that carries the mineral soul of its highland home alongside a signature peppery funk.
- Nose: Warm cooked agave, punchy citrus, and cracked black pepper
- Palate: Cooked agave, freshly cut grass, orange zest, black pepper, and wet earth
- Finish: Medium bodied, slightly oily, and satisfyingly lasting
Cascahuin Blanco holds its own neat or on the rocks, and its savory citrus backbone makes it a standout in a Tommy's Margarita or a Paloma where the earthy pepper notes can truly shine.
Best enjoyed chilled or over a large ice cube to let the aromas open up. Made from 100% blue agave, grown and distilled in El Arenal, Jalisco.
