El Gran Legado Blanco is a citrus forward, agave driven tequila made with single estate, high Brix Michoacán agaves and a No Steps Skipped philosophy. Agave piñas are split and hand loaded into traditional brick ovens for a slow 24 hour cook, rested an extra day, then milled, naturally fermented in stainless steel, and carefully distilled with precise cuts by our Maestro Tequilero. It comes off the still at 55% ABV, is reduced to 40% using deep well water, then stabilizes 15 to 30 days in stainless steel for a clean, silky, smooth, elegant profile. Awarded Gold Medal at the 2023 Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles and widely nicknamed online as a dangerously easy sip.
