Sourced from agave grown on the Lagrimas estate in Amatitan at 1,260 meters elevation, Palo Verde Plata is produced at NOM 1123 under the watchful standards that have made Cascahuin one of the most respected distilleries in the highlands-to-lowlands corridor of Jalisco. The elevated terroir lends a distinctive mineral backbone that sets it apart from the crowded blanco category.
