Maestra Selection No. 3 is Maestra Tequilera Ana Maria Romero's homage to the tradition and history of tequila. Incorporating tools and techniques from the spirit's past, the artistry of this tequila brings forth flavors and aromas recalled from its very origins.

Fully mature Blue Weber agaves de semilla grown in Jamay, Jalisco by the Lago de Chapala shoreline have been slowly cooked in an oven crafted using volcanic stone from Popocatepeti. Crushed by a tahona from the same stone, it has been fermented in wooden tanks with the fibers. Finally, the spirit has been carefully distilled in copper pot stills before stabilizing in clay pots for 15 days.

Bottled at 50% ABV, Maestra Selection No. 3 showcases the complexity and richness of the agave interpreted through a vision that brings us back to tequila's beginnings.
