Each batch of Ensueño’s barrel-rested blanco brings subtle nuances in flavor and aromas and batch no. 10 is no different. This batch features some special barrels, the most rare and coveted casks ever used for our blanco. The resting period for this batch mirrors our first that we ever created - batch no. 1. Since these extra-rare wheated bourbon casks are much newer, they are able to extract more flavor in less time. With just two weeks in these special casks, this vintage seeks the optimal balance of flavors and aromas. We can’t wait to hear what you think.  

Ensueño is handcrafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico using only three all-natural ingredients: agave, water and yeast. Our artisanal production process utilizes traditional stone ovens, natural open-air fermentation and barrel-resting in rare casks to create Ensueño’s signature flavors and aromas. Due to the terroir and all-natural production process - each batch is unique and never replicated again. We hope you enjoy this special batch #10 vintage created through a unique collaboration between renowned Master Distiller Sergio Cruz & Master Blender Oscar Vazquez Camarena.
