Entremanos Blanco is a testament to the art of additive-free tequila, bottled at its purest expression straight from the still. Crafted with intention and transparency, this blanco delivers the honest character of highland-grown blue agave without interference.

Produced under strict additive-free standards, Entremanos Blanco represents the growing movement toward authentic, terroir-driven tequila. The blanco expression captures the raw vibrancy of the agave plant before any aging softens its edges, offering a profile that speaks directly to the land and the craft behind it.

  • Nose: Fresh agave, citrus zest, and herbal brightness with a clean, inviting lift.
  • Palate: Crisp blue agave sweetness, light pepper, and green herb notes with a smooth, well-balanced texture.
  • Finish: Clean and refreshing with a gentle warmth and lingering mineral quality.

Entremanos Blanco shines in a classic Margarita or a Paloma, where its pure agave character elevates every sip without competing with fresh citrus and simple mixers.

Best enjoyed neat or over a single large ice cube to fully appreciate its additive-free integrity. Entremanos Blanco tequila is made from 100% blue agave, offering a transparent and expressive profile for the discerning agave enthusiast.

Entremanos comes from Casa Tinajas in Guadalajara, and its name means between hands, a nod to everyone involved from field to label. It is made at Hacienda de Oro (NOM 1522) in Amatitán, from blue agave left to ripen five to seven years. The piñas cook slowly in a low-pressure autoclave and are crushed on a roller mill. Fermentation is spontaneous, driven by the Amatitán valley's wild yeast in open tanks, and the spirit is double distilled in stills with copper heads. It is made for slow sipping, a trago lento.
LOCATION

Amatitán, Jalisco

Amatitán sits in the Tequila valley of Jalisco, a short drive southeast of the town of Tequila. Half of the municipality is flat farmland, mostly red clay soils over volcanic basalt, and blue agave is its main crop in a hot, dry climate with summer rains. Local tradition holds that tequila was first distilled in the nearby Tecuane barranca, where an early distillery site is still a local landmark. Amatitán lies within the Agave Landscape that UNESCO named a World Heritage Site in 2006.
