Nobleza 33 Blanco Tequila arrives with quiet confidence, delivering a textbook expression of highland craftsmanship in every pour. This is a blanco that earns its place among the finest unaged tequilas available today.

Produced in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, Nobleza 33 is crafted from 100% blue weber agave, slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens to coax out the natural sugars before being double distilled in copper pot stills. The result is a spirit that honors the agave plant from field to bottle, with minimal intervention and maximum integrity.

  • Nose: Fresh citrus zest, sweet cooked agave, white pepper, and a lift of floral herbaceous notes
  • Palate: Bright and clean with ripe tropical fruit, green herbs, light vanilla, and a gentle mineral quality that speaks to its highland terroir
  • Finish: Smooth and lingering with a warm peppery fade and a whisper of citrus peel

Nobleza 33 Blanco shines in a well-made Paloma, where grapefruit soda amplifies the citrus-forward character, and it holds its own beautifully in a classic Margarita, letting the agave flavor lead without distraction.

Best enjoyed neat or over a single large ice cube to appreciate its full range of aromas and flavors. Nobleza 33 Blanco Tequila is crafted from 100% blue weber agave, sourced from the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

Nobleza 33 is made at Destilería El Pandillo in Jesús María, high in Los Altos de Jalisco, under Master Distiller Felipe Camarena. Agaves at least six years old are cooked for 48 hours in masonry ovens and crushed by Frankenstein, an 8.5-ton tahona Camarena designed. The juice and the cooked fibers ferment separately with a yeast strain the Camarena family has kept since 1937, and each is distilled twice in copper stills. The 33 honors the birth year of the founding brothers' father. The Reposado was named Best Overall Tequila at the 2024 New York World Spirits Competition.

Map of Jalisco, Mexico, with Jesús María marked

Jesús María sits at about 2,100 meters in Los Altos de Jalisco, southeast of Arandas on the border with Guanajuato, which makes it one of the higher tequila towns in the state. The plateau's red, clay-rich soils and temperate climate, with frost on some winter nights, let blue agave mature slowly and develop a sweet, fruity character. Agave is a major crop here, and tequila making is one of the main sources of work in the municipality.
