Nobleza 33 Reposado Legado Tequila is a testament to what thoughtful aging and highland agave can achieve together. This Legado expression earns its name, delivering a spirit with genuine character and lasting impression.

Crafted in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, Nobleza 33 sources mature blue Weber agave to produce a tequila that carries the signature brightness and mineral elegance of the region. The piñas are slow-roasted in traditional ovens, fermented with care, and then rested in oak barrels long enough to absorb warmth and depth without losing the vibrant agave soul that defines a well-made reposado. The result is a spirit that honors both heritage and precision.

  • Nose: Fresh cooked agave, sweet vanilla, light toasted oak, and a hint of dried fruit with a touch of warm baking spice
  • Palate: Smooth and rounded with caramel, ripe stone fruit, a gentle earthiness, and that classic highland agave brightness threading through the sweetness
  • Finish: Clean and moderately long with lingering oak, a whisper of pepper, and a soft honeyed warmth that invites another sip

Nobleza 33 Reposado Legado shines in a classic Tequila Old Fashioned, where the oak-forward notes complement the cocktail beautifully, or try it in a Paloma to let the agave brightness play against fresh grapefruit and sparkling water.

Best enjoyed neat or over a single large ice cube to appreciate the full range of flavors. Nobleza 33 Reposado Legado is produced from 100% blue Weber agave, grown in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

Nobleza 33 is made at Destilería El Pandillo in Jesús María, high in Los Altos de Jalisco, under Master Distiller Felipe Camarena. Agaves at least six years old are cooked for 48 hours in masonry ovens and crushed by Frankenstein, an 8.5-ton tahona Camarena designed. The juice and the cooked fibers ferment separately with a yeast strain the Camarena family has kept since 1937, and each is distilled twice in copper stills. The 33 honors the birth year of the founding brothers' father. The Reposado was named Best Overall Tequila at the 2024 New York World Spirits Competition.

Map of Jalisco, Mexico, with Jesús María marked

Jesús María sits at about 2,100 meters in Los Altos de Jalisco, southeast of Arandas on the border with Guanajuato, which makes it one of the higher tequila towns in the state. The plateau's red, clay-rich soils and temperate climate, with frost on some winter nights, let blue agave mature slowly and develop a sweet, fruity character. Agave is a major crop here, and tequila making is one of the main sources of work in the municipality.
