Casa Noble Anejo is a triple-distilled tequila of remarkable refinement, rested in French white oak barrels to develop a depth and elegance that sets it apart from the crowd.

Crafted in the Jalisco highlands tradition from 100% organic blue Weber agave, Casa Noble approaches production with an artisan philosophy, triple distilling each batch for exceptional purity before aging in new French white oak, a less common choice that imparts a distinctly smooth, nuanced character to the finished spirit.

  • Nose: Rich aromas of vanilla, toasted oak, and dried fruit layered with subtle floral and caramel notes
  • Palate: Silky and full-bodied, with flavors of dark chocolate, roasted agave, baking spice, and candied citrus
  • Finish: Long and warming, with lingering sweetness and a whisper of oak and earthen agave

Casa Noble Anejo shines served neat or on the rocks, and brings a luxurious depth to an Old Fashioned or a refined Tequila Manhattan where its aged complexity can take center stage.

Best enjoyed neat or over a single large ice cube to appreciate its full range of character. Made from 100% organic blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico.

Casa Noble was founded by Maestro Tequilero José "Pepe" Hermosillo, who carries on tequila traditions passed down over seven generations. It is made at La Cofradía in the town of Tequila, Jalisco, from 100% Blue Weber agave. New French oak is the signature: 364 days for the Reposado and two full years for the Añejo, while the Blanco is triple distilled. The limited Marqués de Casa Noble blends nine añejos and twelve extra añejos aged one to five years in Allier oak. The team composts its own agave waste and works toward regenerative farming.
LOCATION

Tequila, Jalisco

Tequila is the town that gave the spirit its name, set at about 1,180 meters in the valley below the Tequila volcano, some 60 km northwest of Guadalajara. Blue agave covers the volcanic soils between the volcano and the canyon of the Río Grande de Santiago, a landscape UNESCO named a World Heritage Site in 2006. Large-scale agave distilling began here around 1600, and several of the oldest working distilleries in Mexico still operate in town. Tequila was named a Pueblo Mágico in 2003.
