Casa Noble Blanco is a certified organic tequila that earns its reputation through an uncommonly pure, triple-distilled expression of highland blue agave. Bottled directly after distillation, it captures the agave plant in its most honest, vibrant form.

Produced in Jalisco, Mexico, Casa Noble sources estate-grown blue Weber agave and slow-roasts the pinas in traditional stone ovens before fermentation and distillation. The triple distillation process sets it apart from most blanco tequilas on the market, yielding a spirit of exceptional clarity and refinement without sacrificing character.

  • Nose: Fresh agave, citrus zest, and sweet floral notes with a hint of green herb
  • Palate: Bright and silky, with cooked agave sweetness, white pepper, and a touch of tropical fruit
  • Finish: Clean, long, and smooth with lingering citrus and a gentle spice

Casa Noble Blanco shines in a classic Margarita or a Paloma, where its bright agave-forward character elevates the cocktail without getting lost behind other ingredients. It is equally rewarding served neat or on the rocks.

Best enjoyed chilled or over a single large ice cube to let the aromatics open up. Made from 100% blue Weber agave, estate-grown in the highlands of Jalisco.

Casa Noble was founded by Maestro Tequilero José "Pepe" Hermosillo, who carries on tequila traditions passed down over seven generations. It is made at La Cofradía in the town of Tequila, Jalisco, from 100% Blue Weber agave. New French oak is the signature: 364 days for the Reposado and two full years for the Añejo, while the Blanco is triple distilled. The limited Marqués de Casa Noble blends nine añejos and twelve extra añejos aged one to five years in Allier oak. The team composts its own agave waste and works toward regenerative farming.
LOCATION

Tequila, Jalisco

Tequila is the town that gave the spirit its name, set at about 1,180 meters in the valley below the Tequila volcano, some 60 km northwest of Guadalajara. Blue agave covers the volcanic soils between the volcano and the canyon of the Río Grande de Santiago, a landscape UNESCO named a World Heritage Site in 2006. Large-scale agave distilling began here around 1600, and several of the oldest working distilleries in Mexico still operate in town. Tequila was named a Pueblo Mágico in 2003.
