Produced at Tequilena in the lowlands of Jalisco, this blanco is crafted by master distiller Enrique Fonseca using mature blue Weber agave harvested from a singular estate plot in 2020. The piñas are slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens, fermented with natural yeasts, and double-distilled in copper pot stills, a process that honors the raw character of the highland agave without interference from wood aging.
