Pasote Anejo Tequila is the rare kind of aged spirit that earns every moment it spent in the barrel. Crafted at Tequila El Tepozan in the highlands of San Julian, Jalisco, this is anejo tequila at its most refined and rewarding.
Produced at NOM 1584 and made from 100% blue agave, Pasote Anejo is aged for a minimum of 12 months in American oak barrels. The highland terroir of San Julian, Jalisco lends a natural brightness to the agave character, which the long barrel rest transforms into something genuinely luxurious.
- Nose: Roasted agave mingles with clean vanilla, rich caramel, and smoked nuts in a soft, inviting harmony that signals the depth waiting inside the glass.
- Palate: A velvety, decadently rich mouthfeel sets the stage for layers of cooked caramel, dried fruits, and coffee, with the roasted agave woven throughout in a beautifully nuanced complexity.
- Finish: Long and persistent, with toasty sweet warmth that lingers well past the last sip.

Best enjoyed neat or over ice to let the full complexity unfold. Pasote Anejo Tequila is crafted from 100% blue agave in the Los Altos highlands of San Julian, Jalisco, Mexico.
