The Pasote Family Collection brings together three expressions of one of the Highlands' most respected distilleries: a 750mL bottle each of Pasote Blanco, Pasote Reposado, and Pasote Anejo, all bottled at 80 proof / 40% ABV. Each expression is crafted from fully mature highland agave and distilled in small batches using traditional methods, offering a complete look at what this storied brand does best.

Tasting all three side by side is the most honest way to understand a tequila house. The Blanco delivers the agave in its purest form, the Reposado adds depth from oak without losing that bright character, and the Anejo brings a refined, contemplative finish. Whether you are stocking a home bar, exploring the spectrum of tequila, or searching for a gift that speaks for itself, this collection covers every occasion with quiet confidence.

Pasote is made at Destilería El Tepozán, among the agave fields of San Julián in the Jalisco Highlands, from estate-grown Blue Weber agave cut by hand with a coa. The agave bakes for two days in brick ovens, is shredded on a roller mill and ferments in open-air stainless steel tanks with a blend of cultivated local yeasts. It is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills with volcanic rock-filtered water from the distillery's own well. The name and the guerreros on each label honor the Aztec warriors who celebrated their victories with agave.

San Julián is a farming town in the northeast of Los Altos de Jalisco, where the land sits between about 1,800 and 2,100 meters. The climate is semi-dry and mild, averaging about 18°C, with most of the rain falling from June to August. The town is remembered as the first in Los Altos to rise up in the Cristero War, in 1927. Blue agave shares the plateau with corn, wheat and orchards, and tequila is distilled in the municipality.
