Crafted by Master Distiller Sergio Cruz at the family estate in Arandas, Jalisco, this is a reposado unlike any other in its class.
Produced at the Yeyo family estate in the highland agave country of Arandas, Jalisco, this reposado is fermented to classical music and double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills before entering its distinctive cask program. Each of the three wine barrel types contributes exactly one-third of the blend, coaxing a natural blush hue and layered complexity from the blue Weber agave spirit without artificial coloring or additives.
- Nose: Sweet cooked agave, ripe red berries, dried plum, and a whisper of vanilla lifted by subtle floral notes from the Syrah and Sherry influence.
- Palate: Rich and full-bodied with warm agave sweetness, red fruit, hints of dark cherry and fig, and a gentle spice carried through from the Port casks.
- Finish: Long and warming with lingering dried fruit, toasted oak, and a clean agave backbone that grounds the wine-forward character.
