Maestro Dobel Silver is a refined blanco tequila that delivers the pure, unaged expression of blue Weber agave with a level of polish rarely found at this tier. Crafted for those who demand clarity and character in equal measure, this is a bottle that earns its place behind any serious home bar.

Produced in the highlands of Jalisco, Maestro Dobel Silver follows the traditional tequila-making process using mature blue Weber agave, steam-cooked in ovens and double-distilled for a spirit of exceptional smoothness and precision. The Dobel portfolio is known for its meticulous attention to quality, and the Silver expression is no exception, showcasing what a great blanco can be in the hands of a dedicated producer.

  • Nose: Fresh agave, citrus zest, and light floral notes with a clean, inviting sweetness.
  • Palate: Crisp and bright with cooked agave, green herbs, white pepper, and a hint of tropical fruit.
  • Finish: Clean and smooth with a gentle warmth and lasting mineral character.

Maestro Dobel Silver shines in a classic Margarita, where its bright agave character and natural citrus notes elevate the cocktail effortlessly. It is equally at home in a Paloma, letting its clean profile play beautifully against grapefruit soda.

Best enjoyed chilled neat or over a single large ice cube to appreciate its full range of aromas and flavors. Maestro Dobel Silver is made from 100% blue Weber agave, sourced from the renowned tequila-producing region of Jalisco, Mexico.

Maestro Dobel comes from Juan Domingo Beckmann Legorreta, an 11th-generation tequila maker whose family story spans more than 250 years. Agave from a single family-owned estate in the Tequila Valley is steam-roasted in masonry brick ovens at La Rojeña II and double distilled in copper pot stills. Most bottles start on a four-step roller mill, while Dobel Tahona is crushed by a volcanic stone wheel and fermented with wild yeast. Dobel introduced Diamante, the original cristalino, a filtered blend of Reposado, Añejo and Extra Añejo. Each bottle is signed by its creator and a maestro tequilero.
LOCATION

Tequila, Jalisco

Tequila is the town that gave the spirit its name, set at about 1,180 meters in the valley below the Tequila volcano, some 60 km northwest of Guadalajara. Blue agave covers the volcanic soils between the volcano and the canyon of the Río Grande de Santiago, a landscape UNESCO named a World Heritage Site in 2006. Large-scale agave distilling began here around 1600, and several of the oldest working distilleries in Mexico still operate in town. Tequila was named a Pueblo Mágico in 2003.
