Reposado

Reposado Tequilas are often the first love of those entering the world of agave spirits.  Reposados are aged (the word “reposado” in Spanish means, “rested”) in barrels for a minimum of 2 months up to 1 day shy of a year, giving them softer qualities, touches of oak, and a deeper sweetness than the Blanco they began as.  Reposados are easily sipped neat, or enjoyed in a cocktail like the simple and tangy, Paloma.
