Produced at NOM 1108 in the heart of Tequila, Jalisco, this expression has been shaped by Master Distiller Tony Salles using a tradition stretching back to 1959. Highland agave is cooked in autoclaves, fermented in open vats, and distilled through copper pot stills, with volcanic spring water from the Volcan de Tequila lending a mineral purity throughout. The distillery is also a sustainability leader, recapturing 98% of all production byproduct.
