Produced at NOM 1108 in the Tequila region of Jalisco, this expression has been crafted by Tony Salles and his family since 1959, making it one of the most historically rooted single-brand distilleries in Mexico. Highland agave is cooked in autoclaves, open-fermented, and distilled in copper pot stills, with the resulting spirit aged in American oak pipones before being blended with reserve anejo stocks. The distillery leads the industry in sustainability, reclaiming 98% of all production by-product.
