Fortaleza Blanco
Aroma: cooked agave, yeast, butter, citrus
Palate: sweet familiar notes of cooked agave followed by black pepper, salty vegetal flavors, citrus, minerality and a smooth buttery mouth feel
Finish: well oiled mouthfeel and sweetness that lingers
Ocho Reposado
Aroma: zesty green agave, mint, vanilla, orange blossom
Palate: a true bell curve of flavors starting with light caramel and cooked agave evolving to bruleed grapefruit, white pepper and milk chocolate, finishing with bright tones of lemon zest and ripe stone fruit *Vintage may varry
Finish: rich yet dry with lingering spices and tannins
Solento Reposado
Aroma: Initial fragrances of toffee, lemon, and sweet spiciness like candied ginger
Taste: Familiar flavors of cooked agave and warm vanilla, lead this reposado, followed by savory notes of bell pepper, earth, and freshly baked bread.
Finish: complex finish, dry yet honeyed
Atanasio Añejo
Aroma: cooked agave, bourbon, caramel, butterscotch
Palate: cooked agave with dominant wood flavors followed by honey, caramel, dried cherries, and butterscotch
Finish: slightly smoky and sweet with the dryness of American oak at the finish
Siete Leguas Añejo
Aroma: cooked agave, bourbon, vanilla, dried fruit, cinnamon
Palate: full cooked agave followed by spicy oak and balanced with notes of vanilla, baked apples, and black pepper
Finish: slightly dry and full of cooked agave, medium heat and developing flavors to follow
Rey Sol Extra Añejo
Aroma: caramel, butterscotch, cooked agave, medium toasted oak, butter
Palate: dark chocolate, vanilla, cooked agave, oak, baking spices, creamy mouthfeel with a dry tannic finish

G4 Extra Añejo
Aroma:cooked agave, mild oak, vanilla bean, citrus oils
Palate: clean roasted agave, lightly toasted oak, blackberry preserves, white flowers, vanilla
