Why we love Yeyo / Sip Tequila Reposado Single Barrel 6
- Rested in a single Colombian dark rum casks, made from white oak, for just under 10 months. The Tequila was put in to the casks on May 5, 2020 and bottled on April 25, 2023
- The rum barrel aging brings out wonderful aromas and flavors of ripe bananas, dark chocolate, and cola. For those choosing between a bottle from Barrel 1 versus Barrel 6, B1 leans more towards a vegetal profile, while B6 is slightly sweeter and more vanilla forward - both having qualities reminiscent of high end dark rums. The ideal way to enjoy is buy the two as a set and try them side by side.
